SHIPPING POLICIES

Ordering Guidelines - We require a minimum order of $25 (not including shipping costs) to process your order. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Only cheeses sold "per pound" can be cut, with a half pound minimum on each piece. We cut our cheeses by hand, to order, so the weight may be slightly over or slightly under. This is the challenge of offering a handmade product, and we will do our best to get the exact amount for you.

Shipping Options - We ship UPS. Our shipping options are designed to guarantee that your products arrive at the peak of freshness. We recommend that all perishable items be shipped Next Day to ensure that they arrive in the best condition. All perishables are shipped with ice packs to ensure quality. We apologize to our International customers, but due to our strict quality standards, at this time we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or out of the United States. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees may apply. Please contact customer service at 888-561-8204 for rates. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Standard (Non-Perishables Only) - 5 to 7 business days (Available Monday through Friday)

Next Day - Next business day (Available Monday through Thursday before 12pm CST)

2^nd Day - 2 business days (Available Monday through Wednesday before 12pm CST)

3^rd Day - 3 business days (Available Monday, Tuesday and Friday before 12pm CST)

Shipping Times - Orders placed before 12pm CST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Next Day orders that are placed on Friday after 12pm CST will be shipped on Monday, unless Saturday Delivery is selected for an additional fee. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship orders for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

Saturday Delivery - Delivery on Saturday is available in limited areas for an additional charge. fees.

Satisfaction Guaranteed - At The Better Cheddar we guarantee absolute customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any products, service or shipping, please contact us and let us know. We will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. To report any lost or damaged items, you must contact us within three (3) business days from the date UPS confirms your receipt of the package. Please call us at 888-561-8204 Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm CST. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by UPS.

Sales Tax - We will charge Missouri and Kansas sales tax for all orders originating with Missouri or Kansas addresses.

Privacy & Security - Your email address and personal information is for our use only. Your credit cards are processed through a secure server, and orders are completed by our own staff here in the store.
