FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: | Do you make gift baskets? |  | Yes! We have many different themed baskets on our website, but if you have a theme of your own, or a special occasion, let us know and we can make one up for you. |
 | Do you deliver gift baskets? |  | We have a delivery service here in Kansas City for local deliveries only. If you find a basket you like on the website, we will ship it by UPS. |
 | Do you carry raw milk cheese? |  | We carry a wide variety of raw milk cheese. According to FDA laws, we can sell any raw milk cheese that has been aged for 60 days. That eliminates most imported soft cheeses, but applies to a wide spectrum of delicious and artisanally made cow, sheep and goat's milk varieties from all over the world. Most of the domestic fresh cheeses are made with pasteurized milk, making them available at virtually any age. |
 | Do you have any locally made products? |  | There are many companies that product great products right here in the Kansas City area. Besides BBQ sauce, we sell dips, sauces, spreads, tea and many other products. We also feature a gift basket loaded with local products.  | How many different kinds of cheese do you carry? |  | The amount varies from time to time, depending on production and supply from our many cheesemakers. On average, we carry about 250 varieties at any given moment. |
 | How long can I keep my cheese if I cannot eat it all right away? |  | Store any leftover cheese, well wrapped, in the refrigerator. Fresh cheeses will last from 4 to 6 days, semi-firm 8 to 10 days and hard cheese, up to 2 weeks. These are only guidelines, however, so if your cheese appears to be fine (aside from a light coating of mold, which can be scraped off), it probably is. Use your best method of judgment....your nose. |
 | Do you ship cheese? |  | Absolutely! We would love to ship cheese to your doorstep. However, we must send it Overnight or Next Day, in order for it to arrive in peak condition. |
 | Do you carry pâté? |  | We carry several varieties of pâté - Pork Country Pate with Green Peppercorns, or Herb and Garlic, Duck Pate with Port Wine, Duck Liver Pate with Truffles and Duck Mousse Royale with Sauternes. We also carry pure Foie Gras in either a block or in aspic. Please check with us to verify our supply, as it varies from month to month. |
 | Do you sell caviar? |  | We are proud to offer fresh Petrossian caviar. Due to dramatic fluctuations in supply, please call in advance for availability and pricing. |
 | Do you carry rosewater? |  | We have a vast selection of ethnic specialty ingredients, including the commonly hard-to-find rosewater. Is there something you have been searching for? Please check with us... we just might have it in stock! |
 | Do you carry marmite or vegemite? |  | In honor of our neutral affection for both the UK and Australia, we carry marmite as well as vegemite. Can't tell the difference? You must not hail from either... |
 | What are your store hours? |  | The Plaza store is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm, and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
The Prairie Village store is open Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 9pm, and Saturday from 9:30am to 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. |
 | Is it safe to order over the internet? |  | All of our transactions go through a secure server, and are processed by our own staff right here in the store. If you don't feel comfortable sending your information over the internet, feel free to give customer service a call at 888-561-8204 and we can fill your order over the phone. |
 | What is Ron's favorite cheese? |  | Well, that would be the Dry Monterey Jack from Vella in California. |

 | What if I see something in the store that is not available online? |  | At any given time there are approximately 4000 products available in our store and unfortunately we are not able to offer all of them online. We have compiled a selection of our favorites and best sellers online, and will be adding items to the online collection periodically.
